el pasado 18.11.24 tuve la oportunidad de dinamizar a un equipo de profesionales de distintos sectores, empresas y roles dentro de su organización, a través de rational sparks.
la experiencia fue maravillosa, y mucho más sus comentarios…
🎯 ¿qué estaba buscando?
–> demostrar que en una mañana se puede trabajar de forma racional y creativa un reto complejo, y llegar a definir resultados y acciones concretas. que es necesario fusionar herramientas y metodologías, pero sobre todo datos y emociones, post-its con ia, y cuidar mucho los pasos.
😍 ¿qué he conseguido?
–> –> validar el modelo, que una docena de personas experimenten la fase 1 del método (FIND THE SPARKS) y vean la escalabilidad de la solución. es un verdadero hito de salida para el tornado que va a ser esta consultoría… ¿te apuntas? puedes ver el detalle de lo trabajado y conseguido aquí :).

🎯 what was I looking for?
–> to show that it is possible to work rationally and creatively on a complex challenge in one morning and come to define concrete results and actions. that it is necessary to merge tools and methods, but above all data and emotions, post-its with ia, and to take great care of the steps.
😍 what have I achieved?
