at rational sparks we work starting from how each team member sees the reality of what is happening and what they need, from the concern and the illusion of the future, taking them to an emotional ground where it is easy to connect feelings and necessary actions in order to motivate the search for specific results and to plan and carry out a useful action plan with the active involvement of those responsible for embarking on the new challenge.

S.P.A.R.K.S. THINKING summarizes our work philosophy: it is a methodology designed to stimulate the generation of fresh and original ideas, focusing on techniques and strategies to break established mental patterns, challenge conventional assumptions and explore new approaches to problem solving, from definition to implementation.
- we STUDY and analyze, all together, past, present and future of the challenge. we do it based on facts and data, emotions and feelings, and illusions for the future.
- all sessions to advance in the identification, definition, development and implementation of the challenge are carried out in dynamics that encourage the PARTICIPATION of all people and roles directly or indirectly involved in the need to achieve the proposed challenge.
- from the very first workshop we push to action: ACTIVATING both the thinking and the body of all participants is the best way to realize that everything is possible from minute zero!
- no solution is static. we encourage rethinking, reworking and shaping new options to try and take into account. better to RECREATE than to stagnate, better to make mistakes than to be paralyzed.
- KEEPING the spirit of reflection, creativity and action is the priority in order not to stagnate in the workshops, nor in the day-to-day implementation.
- we managed to SPREAD throughout the organization both the result and implementation of the challenge and the work culture followed during the sessions.

through workshops, support material appropriate to the organization and, above all, the self-discovery and stimulation of the rational and imaginative capacities of the participants, we ensure that the objectives to be achieved are identified and defined in detail. the most appropriate strategic and action lines to achieve are proposed, and the planning and dissemination of all the tasks and events necessary to make them a success from the teams, for the whole company, are set up.

RECOGNIZE WELL THE DRAWBACK, AND BE INSPIRED WITH YOUR NEW STORY
space designed to, on the one hand, identify as clearly as possible the problem or need to be addressed and, on the other, outline the strategy to achieve it. the organization receives the final product of the whole process of imaginative analysis in a unique format of high impact.
(examples: opening/closing a brand/market, evaluating a complex project, establishing the company’s new strategic plan, thinking about the generational handover, embarking on the company’s digital and cultural transformation…)

with the challenge defined, it is time to return to the design of the purpose based on the illusion of the future that was generated when visualizing the project already executed. in this space we work on the detail of the strategic lines to follow, we go down to specific actions and relate concepts. and all this following the spirit of balancing action with emotion.
we use work materials created specifically for the organization. this ensures that the team feels comfortable and can easily identify with the activity.

the time has come to take action. with the lines defined and the team committed, we continue our support… but this space is the most important for you: this is where the responsibility for implementation is fully worked out by the organization.
we are experts in training the team, in training the trainers who will then be able to apply the method to new challenges. however, if you consider it necessary, we can continue to accompany you with specific functions (supervision or direct participation) until the success of the implementation is validated.
