1) presentation of the approved new vision to the steering committee, gathering feedback;

2) “look back to look forward,” the futures thinking tool that provides a quick contextualized overview of the current situation at F5, along with prioritization of key facts to consider for further analysis;

3) creative analysis of vision, mission, and values to transform aspirational goals into specific permissions, behaviors, and guidelines for action, based on the definition of specific examples linked to the decisions made in the session;

4) integration of the SWOT analysis to validate the guidelines;

5) link between most frequently used words, basis for strategic blocks, guidelines (new lines), and specific projects.

1) a brief introduction: “uncomfortable truths about using gpts for job hunting”;
