1) initial one-on-one interviews with managers and team members, already incorporating elements of creativity;

2) analyze all the information in order to propose, in a report to management, the framework to be established and the priorities for action;

3) a proposal for joint co-creation sessions in which we turn problems into opportunities using disruptive tools.

… beaupflow, for a research center in Barcelona. our founder is participating as a co-designer of the program’s details and as a co-facilitator during the kick-off and the seven sessions, in which we discuss self-awareness, skills, and behaviors to empower women’s leadership, types of teams and how to motivate them by leveraging our strengths, networking development, difficult conversations… more than 40 hours of direct training that elevate these female scientists in their professional careers.

1) presentation of the approved new vision to the steering committee, gathering feedback;

2) “look back to look forward,” the futures thinking tool that provides a quick contextualized overview of the current situation at F5, along with prioritization of key facts to consider for further analysis;

3) creative analysis of vision, mission, and values to transform aspirational goals into specific permissions, behaviors, and guidelines for action, based on the definition of specific examples linked to the decisions made in the session;

4) integration of the SWOT analysis to validate the guidelines;

5) link between most frequently used words, basis for strategic blocks, guidelines (new lines), and specific projects.

… we discuss the importance of reflecting on our own, rather than delegating operations and career decisions to GPT. we do this by following key steps:

1) a brief introduction: “uncomfortable truths about using gpts for job hunting”;

2) three practical exercises, based in this case on the IVST tool from VASIS CONSEIL, identifying skills, and creating a first draft of a professional narrative;

3) a call to action, providing guidelines for using the results of the exercises in the continuation of the search.
